House Rules For Your Stay.
Booking and Payment
- •The minimum stay is one night.
- •Every stay needs a signed lease agreement and ID proof.
- •Stays are billed by the day or by the month. Monthly stays are charged at a lower daily rate, quoted on enquiry.
- •Payment can be made online or in cash.
Meal Arrangements
- •Meals are not provided. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not served.
- •Every apartment has its own kitchen, so you can cook, or order in through food delivery apps, which reach the building at any hour.
Occupancy Policy
- •Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two (2) persons per room.
- •The total occupancy of the flat shall not exceed six (6) persons.
- •Any additional occupant beyond the permitted limit will be subject to an additional charge of ₹500 per person.
Service Apartment – Guest Rules
- Loud music or any activity causing disturbance is strictly prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol, gambling, or involvement in any illegal activity is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by the guest will be borne by the guest.
- Guests are required to sign at the time of check-in and check-out to ensure a fair and proper handover of the apartment.
Transport Arrangement
- •Transportation can be arranged at the time of exit, subject to availability.
- •The cost of transportation shall be borne by the guest.
