No. You can send furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished properties. For a property that isn't fully furnished, who furnishes it and who keeps the furniture at the end is agreed before signing.
Zuza Homes handles guest bookings, every check-in and housekeeping. Responsibility for repairs, society maintenance charges and utility bills is set out in the written agreement, so both sides know who pays for what before the first guest arrives.
