Bookings run from a single night upward. The minimum stay is one night. Every booking needs a signed lease agreement and ID proof, whether it is for one night or six months.
A one day stay covers an early flight or a single round of meetings. A short stay of a few nights suits an interview trip, a family function or a hospital consultation.
From a month onward, a long stay gets the lower daily rate. For a relocation or a project posting that means no flat-hunting, no brokers, and no buying a fridge and a washing machine for six months of work.
