You pay for the apartment, not per head. Three people on the same project in a 3 BHK usually spend less than they would on three hotel rooms, and each still gets an ensuite bathroom.
Stays of a month or longer get a lower daily rate. Tell us how long the project is expected to run and we will quote for the whole period rather than night by night.

What You Get That a Hotel Room Doesn’t
Room to work, mostly. A hotel room puts the laptop on the bed. Here there is a living room and a dining table, so you can take a call, spread out papers the night before a presentation, and still eat somewhere that isn’t your desk.
The kitchen and the washing machine matter more the longer you stay. Restaurant food wears thin by the second week, and a week of clothes goes a long way when you can run a wash at home.
Also in every apartment: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, housekeeping, covered parking and a lift in the building. Nothing is shared with other guests.

The apartments are in Reti Bowli, Mehdipatnam, near Pillar No. 54. It is a residential street, quiet at night, at the city end of the western IT corridor.

Because you are at the start of the corridor rather than inside one hub, the drive stays about the same if meetings move from Gachibowli to Hi Tech City partway through a project.
