A service apartment is a furnished home you book by the day or the month. You get the whole place: a private kitchen with a refrigerator, a living room with a smart TV, a dining area, a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and ensuite bathrooms. Housekeeping is included. Covered parking and a lift come with the building.

The difference from a hotel shows up on day four, not day one. A hotel room is fine for two nights. Past that, the missing kitchen starts to matter, the laundry piles up, and there is nowhere to sit that is not the bed.

Here you cook your own food at whatever hour suits you, run a wash when you need to, and work at the dining table with a video call going. Those rates are for the whole apartment, not per person. Four people in a 2 BHK pay the same INR 4,500 as two people do, which is usually where a service apartment beats booking two hotel rooms.

Zuza Homes sits in Reti Bowli, Mehdipatnam, near Pillar Number 54. It is a residential pocket rather than an office park, so the street is quiet at night, but it sits at the entrance to the western corridor where most people actually need to be.

Gachibowli and Hi Tech City are each about 20 minutes away under normal traffic. The Financial District is roughly 25 minutes, and the airport about 30 minutes off-peak.

Staying at the mouth of the corridor instead of inside one of its hubs has a practical advantage: if your office, your hospital or your meetings move from Gachibowli to Hi Tech City halfway through the trip, the drive stays roughly the same and you do not have to change accommodation.
