We are not walking distance from the office parks, and it is worth saying so upfront. What you get for the drive is a whole apartment with its own kitchen, from INR 2,800 a day, instead of a single hotel room at the same price.

How Far Is Zuza Homes From the Financial District?
About 25 minutes by road. Allow closer to 40 minutes if you are travelling between 9 and 10.30 in the morning, or after 6 in the evening.
We are in Reti Bowli, Mehdipatnam, near Pillar Number 54 and the Sai Baba Temple lane. Gachibowli and Hi Tech City are about 20 minutes, and the airport about 30. The usual route is through Toli Chowki and along Shaikpet Road. Taxi and food delivery apps reach the building quickly at any hour.

What You Get in the Apartment
Each apartment is let whole and private. Nothing is shared with other guests. Every unit is furnished and ready to live in from the day you arrive, with a private kitchen and dining area, a living room with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and housekeeping.
The studio suits one or two people on a short trip. The 2 BHK has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom, both with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, which is what most colleagues sharing or small families book. The 3 BHK adds a third bedroom for larger families and households moving to the city together.
The kitchen is the reason a lot of guests choose us over a hotel. On a stay of several weeks, cooking your own food stops being a preference and starts being the thing that makes the stay bearable, particularly during treatment or with young children.

This is the bulk of our work: new joiners and staff relocating to a role at the Financial District or Nanakramguda, IT project teams on assignment, and executives on long visits. Companies book by the day or the month, and two colleagues often share a 2 BHK and split the cost. Every stay needs a signed lease agreement and ID proof. Tell us your headcount and dates and we will confirm which apartments are free.
Medical Stays
AIG Gachibowli is about 20 minutes away, with Apollo, Yashoda and Care a similar drive. When appointments run for weeks, a short and predictable journey matters more than it sounds. The private kitchen lets you cook the food a recovery needs, housekeeping means nobody in the family is managing chores on top of everything else, and a second bedroom lets family stay with the patient rather than waiting in a corridor. Monthly rates apply for a long course of treatment.
Families and NRI Visits
Families visiting Hyderabad, and NRIs back for a wedding, a family occasion or a few weeks at home, take a 2 or 3 BHK so everyone has room and relatives can visit properly. You keep your own hours, cook your own food, and come and go without a front desk.
