We're about 10 to 13 kmapproximately from Hitech City and Gachibowli, close enough for an easy commute but far enough that you're not stuck in the middle of ITcorridor traffic and noises. You get a kitchen, living spaceand enough quiet to actually unwind after work instead of just collapsing in a hotel bed.
Zuza Homes Service Apartments approx10 km away from Hitech City &Gachibowli 12 Km( Approx ). Not next door, not far either. Honestly that's the point. It's residential, a bit quieter, the kind of area where there's a sabzi mandi nearby and a few decent local restaurants, instead of glass towers and food courts. Some guests want to be right in the middle of the IT corridor and that's fine too, but a lot of people staying with us specifically wanted some distance from it after 6pm.
The apartments themselves are fully furnished, proper kitchen, separate living room, decent Wi-Fi, housekeeping that actually shows up on schedule. We've had people stay three nights for a quick work trip and others stay four months while they sorted out a permanent place. Same apartment either way, we don't really change anything based on how long someone's booked.
If you're trying to figure out where to stay in Hyderabad, it probably comes down to this do you want to be near work, or do you want somewhere that doesn't feel like a hotel once the workday's over. For a lot of our guests it's both, which is honestly why they end up here.
